Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlorAI – AI Garden Designmobile apps (iOS and Android), the FlorAI Web App, and this website (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, located at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

FlorAI – AI Garden Design helps you upload a photo of an outdoor space and generate AI-based garden design ideas, plant identification suggestions, and plant care information. Results are intended for visual inspiration and early-stage planning, not for construction-ready landscape engineering.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

FlorAI offers free and paid plans. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased from.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use FlorAI to harass other people or violate their privacy.

AI Garden Design results, AI Plant Scan results, and AI Plant Health responses are generated by automated models. They are creative suggestions and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for every climate, plant, or property. For construction, drainage, irrigation, grading, permits, or complex landscaping work, please consult a qualified professional. For serious plant disease, pest issues, or local growing conditions, consult a nursery or local extension service.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant FlorAI a limited licence to process, store, and display your content as needed to deliver the Service and to improve it (for example, caching results, generating new images, and showing them to you in the app). We do not sell your personal data.

FlorAI relies on third parties including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

The Service, brand, logos, text, design, and software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Aside from the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other licence is granted.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that AI Garden Design results will match real-life landscaping outcomes, plant performance, or local regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, plants, or property arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or on this website. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
