This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iOS and Android, the FlorAI Web App, and this website.

• Photos you upload for AI Garden Design, AI Plant Scan, and AI Plant Health features.
• Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers (managed via Firebase).
• Subscription and purchase information handled by RevenueCat together with Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Device and usage data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and usage events.
• Marketing identifiers like advertising IDs, browser cookies, and analytics IDs (where allowed by your consent and platform settings).

• To generate AI Garden Design results from photos you upload.
• To provide AI Plant Scan and AI Plant Health features.
• To create and secure your account.
• To process subscriptions, in-app purchases, and refunds.
• To improve the app, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To measure marketing performance and personalise advertising where consent allows.

FlorAI – AI Garden Design uses trusted third-party services to run the product. Each handles a specific part of the experience under their own privacy terms:

• RevenueCat — manages subscriptions, free trials, and entitlements across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, secure storage, push notifications, and crash reporting.
• Google AdMob — shows ads in the free version of the app, where applicable.
• OpenAI — powers parts of the AI Garden Designer, AI Plant Scan, and AI Plant Health responses.
• Microsoft Azure — hosts cloud services and AI workloads used by FlorAI.
• Replicate — runs image-generation models for AI Garden Design results.
• Fal.ai — runs image-generation models and inference endpoints used for AI garden visuals.
• Google Analytics — measures website and app usage in aggregate.
• Meta Pixel — measures advertising performance from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Vercel Analytics — measures website performance and visits.

We share only the minimum data each provider needs to deliver its service. We do not sell your personal information.

When you upload a photo for AI Garden Design, AI Plant Scan, or AI Plant Health, the photo is sent to our AI processing partners (such as OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, and Microsoft Azure) to generate the result. We do not use your uploaded photos to train third-party foundation models. Generated images are stored to deliver and improve the service.

On this website we use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before non-essential tracking is loaded. You can change your choices at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

FlorAI – AI Garden Design is a global service. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States, the European Economic Area, and Hong Kong. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai. We will respond within applicable timeframes.

FlorAI – AI Garden Design is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
